Our CarbWorks All Stages Kit is designed to be used specifically with one of our CarbWorks Services and is not a complete kit on it's own. This kit provides the best combination of Air and Fuel Filtering available for the Suzuki Intruder VL1500, years 1998-2004!
This CarbWorks All Stages Kit does not include Main or Pilot Jets as they are provided in the CarbWorks Services that are intended to accompany this kit.

This CarbWorks All Stages Kit is designed for Stage 2.0, Stage 3.0, Stage 3.5 or Stage 4.0. This CarbWorks Jet Kit is Specifically for use in Combination with our CarbWorks Services and will not work for an improperly rejetted bikes

GMan's Custom K&N Air Filter - GMI-1598:
This is a GMan Exclusive Open-Top air filter that fits directly into the stock air box for the Stage 2.0, Stage 3.0, Stage 3.5 and Stage 4.0 setups(Stock pipes are Stage 2.0, After Market pipes are Stage 3.0, GMan Exhaust Stage 3.5 and Stage 4.0). Without this air filter all rejetting is a distant 2nd place.

GFilter Kit:
Our High Flow Cleanable Racing Style Fuel Filter kit is a GMan Exclusive and the very first product designed by GMan. This Fuel Filter is Cleanable anytime, anyplace, eliminating the possibility of being stranded by a plugged fuel filter. We have also condensed the fuel hose routing by 70% for a freer flowing, non-congestive fuel line under the seat. Stage 3 setup requires more fuel at higher rpm's which can cause leanness with a stock fuel filter, so add the GFilter for Stage 3.0 leanness cure.

Review: This is exactly what one needs to tune this machine for the better. Only had to give the setup to GMan and you get the right equipment. Simple to install, even it would have been good to show the way that the fuel line should look like after. On the other hand, the fuel hose length do not work in any other config. I will still aim for replacing the fuel lines by stainless steel braided ones but that's my choice, the supplied hoses are good quality and easy to install. Great job guys!

Review: Ordered for myself and for my friend. Stage 3 from GMan gives the LC more power and bike runs great. Also rejetting service is very good stuff. I sent my carbs to Gary (across the whole world - from Czech Republic - Europe) and got carbs after rejet service in less than 3 weeks. Thanks Gary for doing this.

Review: So, after months of thought and reading on this site, I finally decided on the Stage 3 kit for my 03 Intruder 1500. Should have done it sooner! Treated myself to the Iridium spark plugs as well. New found power and torque! Shipping was pretty good (just under a week considering being delivered to Nova Scotia, Canada). Bike runs smoother and pulls hard in all gears! Looking forward to some longer road trips now! Thanks a bunch GMan and keep up the good work!!
