The GTank Suzuki Boulevard C90 adds to the existing fuel capacity by an additional 2.5 gallons without affecting the normal operation of the C90. The GTank does not affect the bikes state of tune and comes with all parts required for a complete install.
Designed to fit with with a larger 200mm rear tire and most automobile rear tire applications.
The GTank: Located under the C90, in front of the rear tire. Factory exhaust removal/replacement is required, no exceptions.
(Aftermarket Exhaust is required prior to installation of the GTank).
This C90 GTank will does not affect luggage carrying capacity and does not require modifications to the bike, except for some basic fuel line revisions easily accomplished with a couple tools and reading of the install instructions.
All GTanks are coated with a very tough spray-on black epoxy finish, 'Line-X'
GTank C90 Operation:
The GTank C90 operates as an independent fuel transfer tank with a separate fuel pump, toggle switch and patented transfer system. The C90 draws fuel from the main tank at all times. Fuel is transferred to the main tank with the flip of a switch automatically completing the transfer and shutting itself off without disrupting your ride experience.
Note:
Some Vance & Hines Pipes will be require a slight alteration to their exhaust bracket.
