Review: My VL1500 LC was running so badly that I had considered replacing the motorcycle. I instead opted for the Whole Nine Yards service from GMan. Before the service, I was getting 25mpg and the bike ran horribly. After the service I have run two tanks of fuel and have consistently been getting 39mpg. Bike now runs strong. Be prepared to be without your carbs for a month or so as they are being rebuilt. A few weeks and a few hundred dollars is a small price to pay to get the old bike running like new again.

Review: Read other reviews time after time over the last 3 years, saying the LC running not that bad..... I hope. This spring it was all over but the crying. Called GMan talked to Gary . Explained that I ran the carbs into the ground. Gary explained he had never been beat by a set of carbs yet. I told him you decide what you need to do. And do it .Gary did the Whole 9 Yards Service plus the KN filter. Got them back. Put everything on. The bike fired up in less then 3 seconds . Rode the bike to fuel up and go for a ride. Holy cow like Tom Cruise said in Top Gun the need for speed. The old girl never ever went this hard. Took it easy got an increase of 9.6 mpg, which is now 45 mpg. Gary, thank you for your expertise. Don't be like me, do it now.

Review: I set up my bike with a GMan stage three kit about 120,000 miles ago and haven't touched the carbs since. But on my last cross country trip I noticed my gas mileage and power falling off. I assumed the engine was just worn out.. But thought a carb rebuild might help. Sent my carbs to Gary and he had never seen a carb worn that bad with that many miles on it.. LOL So he did the Whole 9 yards on them. I got them back yesterday and had the bike back on the road with in an hour... OMG!! there is nothing wrong with my engine.. She is running like a NEW bike.. Instant power, smooth all the way through the gears.. she's running stronger now that ever! Thanks Gary! I hope I get another 146k out of her.. LOL

Review: Hi guys, I am from Germany and I had a worn out carburetor of a yr 2000 VL 1500 LC with around 40,000 miles on the clock. Fuel consumption like crazy and low power. As I had problems to fire her up, I was presuming that the carburetor could be one of the reasons (it turned out, it wasn't the only problem). Instead of giving in and handing it to the garage, I sent my carbs to GMan and ordered the Whole Nine Yards Service. When it arrived after a very short period (thanks for your fast service), I had already handed over the reigns to the garage. They were not amused about the carburetor I didn't allow them to touch. All different excuses you could think of were made that the starting problem was the carburetor. Only after they had tried another carb from another Intruder, they started to believe it wasn't the carbs to blame. Cutting it short - it was the contact element of the stator (too high resistance). Coming to the point: GMan rocks! I have a new bike with more power and less!!!!!!! fuel consumption. As GMan was predicting, the power increase is unbelievable and the sound is even different and better. The engine runs smooth and more than 30% less consumption pays the cost of it anyway. Petrol prices in Germany are crazy and each drop to save is great. Thank you so much guys! Had to defend you without knowing the real results but you were right - fantastic! Best buy ever!!!

Review: I got 52.03 mpg (Canadian) 43.3 mpg U.S. I can pretty much pull the front wheel off the ground shifting from first to second at will. So I'd say that Thanks to GMan I'm making some pretty serious power and getting amazing fuel millage. The difference in the handling because of the head bearing is night and day. If you haven't up graded your head bearing I highly recommend it! I'm also a big guy so I'm am blown away buy the changes and so are my buddies :). I had the whole nine yard carb service done, pair valve kit, full stage 3 k&n, steering head bearing. I run full synthetic oil with a K&N oil filter. My bike is a 2000 VL-1500 with Vance & Hines Straightshots, 62,373 miles with a touring windshield. Thanks Gary for all your help, keep the rubber side down; Cheers Brett

Review: Just finished my first tank of fuel after the Whole Nine Yards carburetor service and GMan air and fuel filter. GMan, you just saved me $25000. I was ready to go buy a new bike. Before the service I was getting 23 mpg. On the first tank with the service, I got 34.8 on 87 octane ethanol laced fuel and the power gain is incredibly noticeable. I will just have to get used to the sound of the air filter sucking air. Can you say AWESOME!!! I think it will get better mileage as the morning temps get above 25 degrees. GMan, you are THE MAN!!!

Review: At 32k miles the carbs on my '99 Intruder were simply worn out. I was getting 23mpg on the highway, planning my rides to only go where there were lots of gas stations and even carrying extra gas in the saddlebags. Now I'm getting 32mpg on crappy ethanol-laced gas and the bike runs like new. The Whole Nine Yards is the best money I've ever spent on my bike. Thanks, GMan!

Review: I had troubles with my 04 LC carbs spitting and surging. Tried everything to fix it. I decided to get the Whole 9 yards and the Stage 3 upgrade. I can't believe how much more power it has...and the surging is gone. Rides as smooth as it did when I bought it. Thanks GMan!

Review: So I've had a few months on the upgrade. V&H short shots with the The Whole 9 Yard Service and Stage 3 intake and fuel filter mod and Pair Valve Kit as well. The power I've gained is incredible. Of course the increase in power spotlighted the clutch slipping that I probably never noticed before with less power...... Thank you GMan. Looking forward to the new LC Exhaust you're developing.

Review: I did the whole nine yards on my carbs for my Suzuki 1500LC. Before, the bike would pop and hesitate when I was riding in the lower gears at city speeds. It was getting to the point I was ready to sell and get a C-90 with FI. It was suggested that I send the carbs to GMan and thank God I did. It is like I have a whole new bike. It runs smooth, no hesitation and, paired with the K&N air filter, the power is amazing. The online instructions worked perfect. I was nervous at first, because I have never done anything like this before. I can't say enough about how happy I am. Best money I have spent on this bike.
